SMS Text Message Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS (text message) notification program offered by South Dayton Top Soccer ("we," "us," or "our"), a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit youth soccer program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Our text program sends one-way, informational messages to the parents and guardians of registered players. Messages may include weather and field cancellations, schedule changes, and event logistics such as picture day. This is not a marketing program; we do not send promotional or advertising content.

How to opt in

You opt in by selecting "Yes, please send me text updates" and providing your mobile number when registering a player through our online registration form (hosted on the GoSports registration platform, linked from this website). Opting in is optional.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is low — typically fewer than 10 messages per year.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers & delivery

Supported carriers may change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
